No money-back guarantee

We do not offer a money-back guarantee on paid plans. The free plan is how you try the product before you pay for anything — it is free forever, not a limited trial, so there is no need to risk a payment just to see whether VisitingCards.store works for you.

Your statutory right, if you are in the EU or the UK

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the law gives you 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. Because a paid plan starts working the moment you pay, paying counts as asking us to begin immediately, which — as the law allows — shortens this right once the service has started. This does not remove any right you have that cannot legally be removed.

When a refund does happen

Where we do issue a refund — for example to settle a card dispute, or because the law requires it — it is recorded as a credit note against the original invoice, from the same numbered book that every one of our invoices comes from, and it says so on the credit note itself.

Printed cards

Printed cards have their own rules, on our Returns page. In short:

• If your printed cards arrive damaged, or not printed the way the proof you approved shows them, tell us within 14 days of receiving them, with photos of the cards and of the parcel, and we will reprint them or refund them.
• We do not take back a design you approved yourself before it was printed — once you approve a proof, that is what is printed.
