Visiting Cards.Store

Privacy notice

the card's owner receives what you send on this card — or, on a company card, the company — and decides how to use it.

  • We only send you a WhatsApp message once you have written to the card holder first.
  • We only send you a notification if you installed the card and allowed them.
  • If you leave your details on the form, you may get one short thank-you message back.

VisitingCards.store (Anunzio International FZC) stores what you send on the card holder's behalf, in our database.

We check the number you give against WhatsApp, only to know whether it can be reached there.

The record of your visit is kept for up to 120 days, and the line about your device while this card exists; what you send through the form is kept as the card holder's business contact.

To ask us to erase your details, email hello@visitingcards.store and tell us which card you wrote to. We will do it within 30 days.

What this card keeps about your visit

When a card opens, we count the view with the country it came from, and we keep one line about the device it was opened on: a random number your browser keeps for that card, the kind of phone, the browser's own description, the page it came from and when it was last opened. This happens for every visitor. If you are in the EU or the UK, the separate record of your visit is kept only after you press Allow.

You may refuse that separate record by pressing Decline or by not answering.

Orders, event tickets and bookings

If you order from this card's store, we keep what you enter at checkout, what you ordered and the order's status. You pay on the card holder's own payment page: we never see your card details or the payment. Your cart stays in your own browser until you place the order.

If you register for an event, we keep your name, your email, your phone number if you give one, your answers and your tickets' state. Door staff with the organiser's link see your name, your email with most of it hidden, and your ticket when they check you in.

If you book a session, we keep your name, your email, your phone number if you give one, your note, the time you chose and your time zone, and we email you a reminder a day and an hour before.

Each of these is the card holder's business record and stays until they delete it or close their account.

When an organiser emails the people registered for their event through their own email account, the email goes from that account, not from us.
